Mechanical Engineer Fikri Keleş founded Teknotrans in 1992 in order to render services to
European tractor and construction equipment manufacturers.
Teknotrans was inaugurated with a closed area of 1000 square meters and an administrative
building of 350 square meters. In order to meet customer demands, it aims to grow
continuously by focusing entirely on export and working with its 27 affiliated suppliers
providing castings, machined castings, processed steel parts, cabin glass and tractor and
construction machines’ pipe and sheet metal components.
Aiming for higher targets with the developing technology and high-quality understanding, it
committed itself to make production within its own facilities as of 2015 and subsequently
accelerated its customer satisfaction oriented investments. Its production life started off with
the purchasing of a CNC machine and with the success attained with them, it increased its
production line with up to 14 in one year.
In line with customer satisfaction and demand, it decided to build a new factory in 2017 in
order to expand its existing production line.
Commencing in 2018, the factory construction was completed in February 2019 With a total
closed area of 7000 square meters, it has established a facility that can compete with
European manufacturers by investing in state-of-the-art machinery and software.
In the factory building, 2 horizontal machining centers, 8 vertical machining centers, 3
vertical turning lathes and 10 horizontal turning lathes yearly produce approximately
10,000,000 machines/minute in three shifts.
